Drawing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, supplemented with experiments in CG art and 3D rendering when I was growing up in the 90’s. Upon entering college, I was torn between pursuing art, or a technical field like robotics or computer programming, but after being exposed to classical fine art techniques, I fell in love with them. I got my BFA at Florida State University, where I refined my painting skills, and got to sample everything from silkscreen printing to iron and aluminum casting.
Since graduating in 2008, I’ve worked as a freelance artist, mainly through the creation of concept art, portraiture, and illustration. In the past year, I’ve moved three times, taken an amazing trip through France and England while WWOOF-ing on organic farms, and most recently, set down in Miami Florida.
